Write to hello@augmenter.com. Questions about the product, bugs, things the assistant got wrong, privacy requests, partnership ideas, complaints, corrections to something on this site. We are small, so there is no support queue to route you through and no form to fill in.

Two subject lines

• Security. Put "Security" in the subject for a vulnerability report so it gets triaged first. Tell us what you found, how to reproduce it, and what you think it lets someone do. Please do not access, change, or keep anyone else’s data while you look, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing.
• Press. Put "Press" in the subject for press and analyst questions, and include your deadline.

Privacy requests

To ask what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct something, or to delete your account and everything in it, write to the same address. There is no in-app deletion yet, so mail is the way to do it, and we delete within 30 days. The privacy policy says what we hold in the first place.
